RU-319-72 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -------------------------------ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Launch Operator (Water Pollution) should be added to Certification 4 NYCDL No.23, presently covering the title of Gasoline Engineman (Marine); And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by United Marine Division, Local 333, NMU, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification 4 NYCDL No.23 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Launch Operator (Water Pollution) and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.60-72" and shall consist of employees
Decision No. 60-72 2 Docket No. RU-319-72 in the titles of Launch Operator (Water Pollution) and Gasoline Engineman (Marine), employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
