RU-236-70 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Maintenance and Control Planner and Maintenance Planning and Control Supervisor should be added to the unit of Maintenance Men and Maintenance Men Trainees, presently covered by Certification No, 51-70; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said combined unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 51-70 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the titles of Maintenance and Control Planner and Maintenance Planning and Control Supervisor; and, as
