RU-323-72 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Key Punch Operator should be added to Certification No.58-71, as amended by Decision No.65-71, presently covering various supervisory clerical, office machine operation and related titles; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No.58-71 (as amended by Decision No.65-71) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Supervising Key Punch Operator; and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.59-72"
Decision No. 59-72 2 Docket No. RU-323-72 and shall consist of Supervising Key Punch Operators, Supervising Clerks (Income Maintenance), Supervising Clerks, Supervising Tabulator Operators [formerly classified as Supervising Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Supervising Tabulator Operator (UNIVAC)I, Supervising Blueprinters, Supervising Blueprinter and Photostat Operators, Supervising Stenographers, Supervising Typists, Supervising Telephone Operators, and Principal Account Clerks, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
