RU-283-71 Petitioner - and SUPREME COURT UNIFORMED OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, Intervenor -and-THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK -----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties in the above designated caption having agreed that the title of Confidential Attendant should be added to the unit of Senior Court Officers, Supervising Court Officers, Chief Court Attendants, and Wardens, Grand Jury, presently covered by Certification No. 67-71; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a unit consisting of Confidential Attendants, Senior Court Officers, Supervising Court Officers, Chief Court Attendants, and Wardens, Grand Jury is appropriate for collective bargaining purposes; and it further appearing that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Supreme Court Uniformed Officers Association by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization;
Decision No. 5-72 2 Docket No. RU-283-71 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No.67-71 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Confidential Attendant; and, as amended, such unit shall consist of Confidential Attendants, Senior Court Officers, Supervising Court Officers, Chief Court Attendants, and Wardens, Grand Jury, employed by the Unified Court System within the City of New York, subject to contracts, if any.
