RU-325-72 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the subsequently-created title of Health Code Aide (E.E.A.) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No.90-70, as amended by Decision No.13-72, presently covering Laboratory Technicians and Senior Laboratory Technicians (including specialty) the cited Certification being held by the union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No.90-70, as amended by Decision No.13-72, be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Health Code Aide (E.E.A.), and as amended, such unit shall be cited as Decision No.32-72 and shall consist of Health Code Aides (E.E.A.), Laboratory
