RU-285-71 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed that the title of Superintendent of Sewer Service should be substituted for the obsolete title of Borough Foreman (Sewer Maintenance) in Certification No.41-69 (issued on June 24, 1969). The new title of Superintendent of Sewer Service was established by Personnel Order No.47/71, dated June 22, 1971, to replace the cited obsolete title. Our amendment will reflect this change. O R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No.41-69 be, and the same hereby is, amended to substitute the title of Superintendent of Sewer Service for Borough Foreman (Sewer Maintenance)
