No objections were filed. Accordingly, we amend the certification to reflect the merger. See 144 Division of 1199 Nat’l Health and Human Serv. Employees Union, SEIU, 62 OCB 9 (BOC 1998) (amending certification to reflect certificate holder’s merger with another union). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 14-80 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to provide that City Employees Union, Local 237, IBT is the sole certified bargaining representative.
