SUPPLEMENTARY MEMORANDUM
[1] It has been brought to my attention that there may be some confusion regarding paragraph 31 of the Memorandum of Judgment dated February 29, 2012, specifically with respect to the proceeds of the sale that are to be paid into court. After having reviewed the wording in the Memorandum of Judgment, I am requesting that both parties provide written submissions on this issue.
[2] The parties are directed to provide written submissions, no longer than 5 pages in length, regarding the specific amount of the proceeds of the sale of the Principal Residence which should be paid into court. The written submissions are to be filed within 10 days of this Memorandum being filed.
