[1] For the reasons given in my decision of June 29, 2006 on file S-0001-CV-2006-000008, the application for judicial review filed by amended originating notice on February 28, 2006 is granted, the permit is quashed and Paramounts application is remitted to the MVLWB for further action.



[2] Costs are awarded to the First Nation as on file S-0001-CV-2006-000008.
