SUPPLEMENTARY REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
These reasons are supplemental to the Court’s Reasons filed May 8, 2006 in these proceedings.
I have received and considered counsel’s further submissions as requested in paragraph 35 of the May 8, 2006 Reasons on the one narrow issue of the structure of the shared custody regime.
I hereby order that the formal Order that will issue pursuant to paragraph 36 of the May 8, 2006 Reasons will include the following paragraph with respect to joint and shared custody:
“(3) the parties shall continue to have joint and shared custody of the children Steffon and Angel, with the children spending Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week in the care, custody and control of the mother, and Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of each week in the care, custody and control of the father”.
