Summary: Court set a deadline, by which time if their had been no offer to purchase exclusive possession was to revert to the husband and the husband was to pay out to the wife her equity in the home based upon the appraised value of the home ascertained for the purposes of the current chambers application, subject to any necessary adjustments
Decision: Previous order of child support, interim child support is vacated and all child support obligations will cease ; interim spousal support will not vary ; if the home is not sold by July 31, the Applicant is to vacate the home, exclusive possession is to revert to the Respondent, and the Applicant is to be paid out her equity in the home based upon the appraised value.
