Summary: Defence and crown made arrangements for defence to inspect certain items seized from the accused. Defence also wanted disclosure of all wire taps or telephone taps and any information contained therein respecting the accused. Crown felt it had already complied with wire tap disclosure requirements to the extent allowed by the Criminal Code. Supreme Court found that, according to case law, not all of the issues that should have been addressed were addressed on this application.
Decision: Decline to rule. Leace to defence to renew application
