Accused makes application to assigned Trial Judge for stay of proceedings due to delay and interference with solicitor-client relationship. Other relief possible is order excluding February 28 statement from trial. Trial Judge sets date for hearing and orders Crown to produce detailed chronology of all events in this prosecution and to supply affidavit of what evidence it expects from accused's subpoenaed counsel. Defence counsel also to obtain a removal order requiring accused's presence at hearing and file affidavit of counsel's and accused's evidence alluded to in notice of motion. Counsel to exchange case law and authorities.
