Abstract: Application for an order requiring the defendant to hold certain disputed items of property in trust for the plaintiff pending disposition of the action and for an accounting under oath respecting the disposition or location of the items. Parties had entered into a cohabitation agreement which purported to govern disposition of their assets whether acquired before or during their relationship. Statement of Claim did not seek an order for replevin nor did the notice of motion seek injunctive relief under the rules. Disposition governed by the Agreement not warranting court's intervention,
