Abstract: This is an application for structured gradual access to the Respondent mother.
Decision: The father shall have full custody of the children and the mother shall be granted access on terms. The access shall increase gradually over time as the child establishes a relationship with her mother. The mother shall give 72 hours notice of her intention to exercise access. If the mother appears to be under the influence of alcohol, the father is entitled to withhold access. The father shall pay "child support" in the sum of up to $100.00 per month or the actual cost of transportation for one trip, whichever is less. If the mother does not exercise access, she is not entitled to the support.
