Decision: The Medical Profession Act of the Northwest Territories is added as a party defendant. ; Par 6.1 of the statement of claim is amended such that the Defendant Board of Inquiry is identified as having been established pursuant to the Medical Profession Act. ; There in an interim injunction, pending trial, which restrains Defendant Ellis and the Defendant Board of Inquiry from proceeding with the hearing of their respective claims against the Plaintiff.
