RESPONDENT F I A T This is an application on behalf of the applicant petitioner for an order for substitutional service on the respondent of the petition for divorce and notice. After considering this matter I am prepared to make \ the order but with several variations to the proposed draft

submitted by counsel for the applicant. On page 2 of the draft order, the time of seventy-five (75) days shall be substituted for the time of sixty (60) days . I ; An additional paragraph is to follow the first paragraph on page 2 in the following form: •-~f "AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner

t - 2 i) Q, The second full paragraph on page 2 is to provide as follo'-'s: "AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event that the respondent fails to enter a demand of notice or answer, service of notice of all other proceedings in this action may be made upon the respondent by substituted service in the same manner as hereinbefore set forth for service of the petition for divorce and notice to respondent," The final paragraph of page 2 of the draft order is in satisfactory form. I An order for substitutional service may accordingly issue with the appropriate changes set forth in this fiat.
