Abstract: The Plaintiff brought an action for damages against the Defendant on the claim trespass and conversion with respect to the plaintiffs property known as Arctic Circle Lodge. The Defendants knowingly used the property without the permission of the Plaintiff and caused significant damage to the property and surrounding area. The Defendant did so without rights and without justification or excuse.
Decision: Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff for general, special and exemplary damages, Prejudgment Interest and Costs at Triple Column 3.
