Abstract: The Applicant had made a bid on the property for $80,500.00 At the hearing of the application, the Defendants took the position that the bid was below market value and a higher price could be obtained by tender. An Order for sale by tender had issued. The Applicant submitted a further tender of $86,010.00. No other tenders were received. The Applicant asked the court to accept the original tender as he should not be required to bid against himself.
