Abstract: Application for interim custody, access and prohibiting the mother from removing the children from the Northwest Territories to British Columbia. The children had been with the mother since separation. No history of co-operation or joint decision-making to justify joint custody. Mother's decision to relocate to British Columbia was to be with new spouse who was employed there. Children were young and no cultural concerns to warrant them remaining in N.W.T. Reasonable access to the father. Specified access for period of Christmas 1995.
