Abstract: Application to determine period of time for which interest was to be calculated. A vesting Order issued in 1994 with a deficiency judgment. Defendants argued plaintiff should be deprived of costs.
Decision: Plaintiff be deprived of its cost and should pay the costs of the defendants, as between solicitor and client, throughout. Plaintiff shall have judgment against the defendants both jointly and severally for the outstanding interest, subject to deduction of the defendants' said costs.
