Decision information:

Abstract: The issue is the quantum of child support to be paid monthly by the Respondent to the applicant for the care of their two year old child. The parties have agreed that the Applicant shall maintain sole custody and guardianship of the child.
Decision: The mother was awarded sole custody and guardianship of the child with the father being granted reasonable access on notice to the mother, said access not to be unreasonably withheld. Child support shall be paid to the mother in the amount of $600.00 per month. If the payments cease to be taxable in the hands of the mother, the amount shall be reduced to $450.00 without further order of the Court. Costs in the amount of $300.00 were awarded to the mother
