Abstract: The issue is whether the Respondent father should have any access to the parties' son who is now 3 years of age.
Decision: Sole custody of the child shall remain with the mother. The respondent father shall have access on specified terms as set out in the Memorandum of Judgment. The access will be supervised and the supervisor shall, upon request of either party, give a brief report on their observations of the access periods. Access arrangements shall be reviewed in 12 months.
