Abstract: Appeal by tenant against order of the Rental Officer requiring the tenant to pay arrears. The tenant asks for an order varying the Rental Officer's order to require the landlord to compensate the tenant for loss suffered by the tenant as a result of the landlord's failure to properly maintain the rented premises. The tenant claimed she had been put to extra expense for fuel as a result of the landlord's failure to repair but had not complained about for the duration of the tenancy.
Decision: Appeal dismissed.
