Abstract: Application to vary an interim custody order. Original Order made under the Domestic relations Act. The filing of a Divorce Petition did not now mean that a matter must be considered anew. There was no basis to interrupt the exiting order. Child Support is the right of the child. Determination of the needs of the children and quantum set at $650.00
Decision: Existing Joint custody order confirmed with day to day care and control to respondent. Child support ordered.
