Decision: Order vesting title to the matrimonial home in the sole name of the Husband subject to payment of $110,000 to the Petitioner wife, or for sale fo the home and division of the sale proceeds to provide $110,000 to the wife and the balance to the husband. Costs to be borne by each party other than for the adjournments of the trial.
