Abstract: Application for custody. Petitioner's primary concern was that the she be granted day to day care and control. Evidence clear that both parties concerned for the welfare of the child and had their best interests at heart. Determination that not in the best interests of the children to alter existing day to day car and control or for that to alternate between them so as to allow each parent equal time. Determination of quantum of child support to be paid. Consideration given that the father was paying of the mortgage on the matrimonial home.
Decision: Joint Custody of the children with day to day care and control to the mother, reasonable access on reasonable notice by the father. Father to pay $500.00 for the children and $500 for the mother.
