Abstract: Application for an interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant from dealing with certain property claimed by both parties and requiring the payment into a trust account of all rental income generated by the property pending final disposition of the action at trial.
Decision: Application granted in part. The defendant was restrained from transferring, selling, assigning, encumbering or in any way alienating the property and fixtures. The application to have the rental income paid into trust was dismissed.
