Abstract: Application for sole custody, child support and access. The Children had been in the mother's care since separation. The father had been convicted of sexual assault on the children. The mother was hearing impaired and there was some evidence that she was having difficulty managing. Determination of terms of access and quantum of child support. Arrears of $11,800.00 had built up. In the circumstances it was appropriate to reduce the arrears for the period fo time the father had been in jail.
Decision: Sole Custody to the Mother, Reasonable access on reasonable notice. Child Support set at $200.00 per month plus a further $100.00 towards the arrears which was to be increased to $200.00 after three months.
