Summary:   A motion was brought seeking to determine whether certain questions posed to an expert following receipt of a report, were appropriate, and if so, which party should bear the expense of the expert answering them.      

 

 

Result:        The questions were appropriate and fell within the areas contemplated                       in Rule 55.11(3).  Further, it was determined that the party who filed                         the report should bear the cost of any legitimate questions arising                              therefrom.
