UPON having read the Application and Supporting documentation of Frances Ann Nason on file herein;
UPON all interested parties having no objection to the Discharge of Frances Ann Nason as co-personal representative of the estate of Daniel J. Tonning;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
Frances Ann Nason is hereby discharged as co-personal representative of the Estate of Daniel J. Tonning;
Joan Marilyn Stirling is to remain the sole personal representative of the Estate of Daniel J. Tonning;
Joan Marilyn Stirling is to file an Inventory with the Court by October 14, 2006;
Joan Marilyn Stirling is to file with the Court an Application to Pass the Accounts of the Personal Representative with a Hearing by December 31, 2006;

At the hearing of the passing of the accounts by the Personal Representative, the issues of legal fees and disbursements and commission will be dealt with.
