SUMMARY:                          The appellant was convicted in Youth Court of charges of uttering a threat, breaching an undertaking, and failure to comply with a probation order.

 

ISSUE:                                  Whether the verdicts were reasonable.

 

RESULT:                              Appeal dismissed. The verdicts are ones a properly instructed jury acting judicially could reasonably have rendered.  In reaching that conclusion deference has been accorded to the findings of credibility made by the trial judge.
