14-1501. Criminal damage to property; essential elements.
For you to find the defendant guilty of criminal damage to property [in excess of $1000.00]1 [as charged in Count __________]2, the state must prove to your satisfaction beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements of the crime:
1. The defendant intentionally3 damaged property of another;
[2. The defendant did not have the owner's permission to damage the property;]4
