13-842. Waiver.
Waiver is the voluntary giving up of a known right. A waiver may be express or implied from a person's statements or conduct. If __________________ waived [his] [her] right to __________________________ (identify contractual right), then __________________ is excused from [his] [her] obligation to comply with that condition of [his] [her] performance.
