14-4504. Reckless driving; essential elements.1
For you to find the defendant guilty of reckless driving [as charged in Count ________]2, the state must prove to your satisfaction beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements of the crime:
1. The defendant operated a motor vehicle3;
2. The defendant drove carelessly and heedlessly in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others and without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property;
