Opinion No. 33-664
October 10, 1933
TO: Mr. Nick Aragon, County Commissioner, Torrance County, Duran, New Mexico.
{*83} This is in answer to your letter of October 2, 1933.
Under date of November 14, 1931, in Attorney General's Opinion No. 307, we held that Section 33-4232 of the 1929 Code with reference to mileage of County Commissioners is still effective. The Legislature has not changed that provision of the law since then and, it is my opinion, that it is still in effect. This section provides 12 1/2 c mileage for County Commissioners attending regular meetings.
