MAHMOOD PEYAWARY and KYLE RYAN ALFRED SCRIMSHAW

 

 

WHEREAS:

 

(A)         On April 18, 2024, staff of The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Staff”) issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations giving notice of its intention to hold a hearing to consider whether or not orders should be made under The Real Estate Services Act C.C.S.M c. R21 (the “Act”) with respect to Mahmood Peyawary (“Peyawary”) and Kyle Ryan Alfred Scrimshaw (“Scrimshaw”);

 

(B)         Upon hearing submissions from Staff and submissions from counsel for the Respondents, The Manitoba Securities Commission (the “Commission”) is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this Order.

 

 

IT IS ORDERED:

 

1.                            THAT pursuant to subsection 59(1) of the Act, Peyawary pay $500.00 costs to the Commission to be paid forthright;

 

2.                             THAT pursuant to subsection 59(1) of the Act, Scrimshaw pay $500.00 costs to the Commission to be paid forthright;

 

3.                            THAT the hearing be adjourned to October 8, 2024, commencing at 9:00 a.m.
