(the "Registrant")

WHEREAS:

(A) The Registrant is registered as a broker under The Real Estate Brokers Act (the "Act");

(B) Ruth Oberman, president and sole director of the Registrant passed away on April 12, 2003;

(C) The Registrant is no longer an active company.

IT IS ORDERED:

THAT the registration of the Registrant as a broker under the Act is hereby suspended and shall remain suspended until such time that the company has become properly registered with the Corporations Branch and has a qualified authorized official pursuant to the Act.
