and NANCY BUSCH

WHEREAS:

(A) On October 11, 2006, The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") granted an interim order of suspension without notice to the respondents, London Property Management Ltd. o/a London Property Management ("London Property") and Nancy Busch ("Busch") pursuant to section 11(1) of The Real Estate Brokers Act ("Act") being Order No. 2563 ("Interim Suspension Order");

(B) Pursuant to the Interim Suspension Order, London Property’s and Busch’s registration under the Act was suspended from October 11, 2006 through to October 25, 2006, both dates inclusive;

(C) On October 20, 2006, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing, together with a Statement of Allegations of Staff of the Commission, returnable on October 25, 2006 to consider whether the registration of London Property and Busch should be suspended or cancelled;

(D) On October 25, 2006, the Commission received information from Staff of the Commission which included attempts to ascertain the whereabouts of Busch;

(E) Upon hearing the submissions of counsel for Staff of the Commission, the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this Order.

IT IS ORDERED:

1. THAT, the hearing of the matter commenced by the Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations dated October 20, 2006 be adjourned to Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. before a panel of the Commission.

2. THAT, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act, the Interim Suspension Order is hereby extended to February 28, 2007.

3. THAT, Staff serve a copy of this Order, the Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations issued by Staff of the Commission upon Busch by registered or certified mail to the address of Stevi Knight, 117 Crofton Bay, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2M 2E4 and to Karl Busch, 301 – 188 Roslyn Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3L 0G8.
