PAUL RAYMOND HRANKOWSKI

WHEREAS:

(A) A hearing was held by The Manitoba Securities Commission (the Commission”) on May 19, 2005 and continued on June 3, 2005 pursuant to a Notice of Hearing issued on May 3, 2005.

(B) Upon hearing the evidence and submissions of the parties during the Hearing, the Commission issued Order No. 2531 dated June 7, 2005 suspending the registration of Paul Raymond Hrankowski (“Hrankowski”) pursuant to Section 11(1) of The Real Estate Brokers Act (the “Act”) commencing on June 3, 2005 and continuing until a decision in the Hearing has been rendered by the Commission.

(C) After reading the Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations of Staff and upon hearing the evidence and submissions of staff and of Hrankowski, the Commission issued Reasons for decisions on December 12, 2005.

(D) In the opinion of the Commission it is in the public interest to make this Order.

IT IS ORDERED:

1. THAT, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act:

a) Hrankowski is suspended from registration as an Authorized Official and Real Estate Broker until May 4, 2006.

b) It is a condition of Hrankowski’s suspension that prior to re-registration that he enroll in and successfully complete the following portions of the Manitoba Real Estate Association courses:

1) Phase 2

Unit 7 – Professional Conduct

2) Phase 3

Unit 2 – Representing the Seller

3) Mandatory Continuing Education – MCE 5 –
