PAUL RAYMOND HRANKOWSKI

WHEREAS:

(A) On April 20, 2005, The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") received information from staff of the Commission that Paul Raymond Hrankowski ("HRANKOWSKI") is in violation of section 36 of The Real Estate Brokers Act ("Act") for failing to furnish information and failing to appear when summoned for examination;

(B) HRANKOWSKI is registered under the Act as a real estate salesman and broker;

(C) The Commission is of the opinion that in view of the foregoing there is cause to make this order without notice to HRANKOWSKI and it is in the public interest to do so.

IT IS ORDERED:

1. THAT, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act, HRANKOWSKI’s registration as a salesman and broker under the Act be suspended effective April 20, 2005 through to May 4, 2005, both dates inclusive. During the period of his suspension, HRANKOWSKI is to have no dealings with his clients in connection with trades or transactions in real estate.

2. THAT, this matter be adjourned to Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at 1130 - 405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

3. THAT, prior to May 4, 2005, staff take steps to serve a copy of this Order, a Notice of Hearing, to be issued, and the materials before the panel of the Commission on April 20, 2005 upon HRANKOWSKI by ordinary mail, delivery to the address of record 355 Enniskillen Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and, as to the Order and the Notice of Hearing alone, by email.
