THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2007-23 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) AMENDMENT INSTRUMENT FOR NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 14-101 DEFINITIONS 1. This Instrument amends National Instrument 14-101 Definitions. 2. Subsection 1.1(3) is amended in the definition of “prospectus requirement” by striking out “receipts obtained” and substituting “the regulator has issued receipts”. 3. This Instrument comes into force on March 17, 2008. 4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2007-23.
