WHEREAS:
(A) On January 15, 2019, 2018 The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”) issued Order No. 7474 requiring the Respondent Brenda Andre (“Andre”) to pay costs of $4000.00 and provide disclosure to Staff of the Commission (“Staff”) by February 15th, 2019;
(B) Andre filed a motion returnable March 13, 2019 for an Order extending the time for compliance with Commission Order No. 7474.
(C) Upon reading Andre’s Notice of Motion, Affidavits of Tracey Lev, Cathy Larsen and Commission Order No. 7474 and upon hearing submissions from Staff and submissions from counsel for Andre, the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this Order.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT the February 15, 2019 date referred to in Order No. 7474 is extended to March 27, 2019;
2. THAT Andre pay costs of $2500.00 to be paid by March 27, 2019.
3. THAT the hearing be adjourned to May 27-31, 2019 commencing at 9:00 a.m.
