ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LTD.
WHEREAS:
(A) By Order No. 7130 dated June 10, 2015, the Director of The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") ordered under section 147.1(1) of The Securities Act (Manitoba) (the "Act") that all trading in the securities of Electronic Cigarettes International Group, Ltd. (the "Issuer") cease until it becomes current in its filings with the Commission under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the Director revokes the cease trade order as it applies to the Issuer.
(B) The Issuer is now current with its filings.
I HEREBY ORDER under section 147.1(1) of the Act that Order No. 7130 is hereby revoked.
