SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURE BY INSIDERS (SEDI)
REVOCATION OF TEMPORARY EXEMPTION FOR SEDI FILERS

WHEREAS:

(A) On February 6, 2002, The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") issued Order No. 3649 (the "SEDI Exemption Order") which exempted persons under Section 6.1(1) of MSC Rule 2001-17 from complying with the requirements of MSC Rule 2001-17 on certain conditions during the time SEDI was experiencing technical difficulties;

(B) SEDI is now operational and there is no longer any need to continue the SEDI Exemption Order;

(C) The Commission is of the opinion that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to grant the order requested and that there is adequate justification for doing so:

IT IS ORDERED:

1.     THAT, pursuant to Section 20(1) of the Act, Commission Order No. 3649, dated February 6, 2002 is revoked;
