GLG Life Tech Corporation
WHEREAS:
(A)������ By Order No. 6555 dated July 9, 2012, the Director of The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") ordered under section 147.1(1) of The Securities Act (Manitoba) (the "Act") that all trading in the securities of GLG Life Tech Corporation (the "Issuer") cease until it becomes current in its filings with the Commission under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the Director revokes the cease trade order as it applies to the Issuer.
(B)������ The issuer applied for revocation of the cease trade order in compliance with National Policy 12-202 Revocation of a Compliance-Related Cease Trade Order.
(C)������ The Issuer is now current with its filings.
(D) ����� In view of the foregoing, I am of the opinion that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to issue this Order.
I HEREBY ORDER under section 147.1(1) of the Act that Order No. 6555 is hereby revoked.
