TH E ....1 ANITODA SECU R I T I ES C OMMISSIO N THE SECURITIES ACT Order No. 6578 Sections 148 and 148.3 September 5, 2012 NARVINDER SINGH PATRIC VIRK WHEREAS: (A) On May 18, 2012 , the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") entered into a settlement agreement ("Settlement") with Narvinder Singh Patric Virk ("VIRK") and made an order against him ("BCSC Order"); (8) On June 25, 2012, The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") issued a Notice of Hearing ("Notice") giving notice of its intention to hold a hearing to consider whether or not it was in the public interest to grant orders pursuant to section 148.4 of The Securities Act, R.S.M. 1988, c. S50 as amended ("Act") with respect to VIRK; (C) VIRK has consented to the issuance of this Order and has waived his right to a full hearing ; (D) The Commission is of the opinion that it is In the public interest to make this order. IT IS ORDERED: 1. THAT, pursuant to section 148 of the Act, VIRK cease trading in securities until and including May 18, 2037, except that he may trade through such RRSP accounts as he may hold in his own name as at the date of May 18, 2012 through a registered representative , provided he first gives a copy of this order to the registered representative through which he makes a trade. 2. THAT, pursuant to section 148.3 of the Act, VIRK is prohibited from becoming or acting as an officer or a director of any issuer until and including May 18, 2037. 8Y ORDER OF THE COMMISSION
