I O N THE SECURITIES ACT ) Order No. 6563 ) Sections 148 and 148.3 ) August 9,2012 JEROME JOHN RAK WHEREAS: (A) On December 8, 2011 , the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") entered into a settlement agreement ("Settlement") with Jerome John Rak ("RAK") and made an order against him ("BCSC Order"); (B) On June 15, 2012, The Man itoba Securities Commission ("Comm ission") issued a Notice of Hearing ("Notice") giving notice of its intention to hold a hearing to consider whether or not it was in the public interest to grant orders pursuant to section 148.4 of The Securities Act, R.S.M. 1988, c. S50 as amended ("Act") with respect to RAK; (C) RAK has consented to the issuance of th is Order and has wa ived his right to a full hearing; (D) The Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order. IT IS ORDERED: 1. THAT, pursuant to section 148 of the Act , RAK cease trading in securities of any reporting issuer with whom he is in a special relationship unti l and including December 8, 2021 . 2.
