("Commission") issued a Notice of Hearing ("Notice") giving notice of its in tention to
hold a hearing to consider whether or not it was in the publ ic in terest to gra nt orders
pursuant to section 148.4 of The Securities Act, R.S. M. 1988, c. 850 as amended
("Act") with respect to JIMMY CREASON ;

This hearing matter came before a panel of the Commission on June
1,2011 ;

Upon
reviewing
the
documentary
evidence ,
upon
hearing
the
submissions of counsel for staff of the Commission, no one appearing for the
respondent, and upon hearing the request of staff fo r an order of substitutional
service pursuant to section 144(1)(c), the Comm ission is of the opinion that it is in
the public interest to make this order.
IT IS ORDERED:
