JOHN LAWRENCE REID
WHEREAS:
(A) By Order No. 4440 dated April 28, 2004, The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”) ordered, inter alia, that pursuant to paragraph 5 therein that John Lawrence Reid (“Reid”) enroll in and successfully complete the Canadian Securities Institute Conduct & Practices Handbook course within nine (9) months of the date of said Order;
(B) Reid has requested an extension of time to comply with paragraph 5 of Order No. 4440;
(C) Upon considering the request of Reid and staff not opposing the request, the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT, the time to satisfy enrolment in and successful completion of the Canadian Securities Institute Conduct & Practices Handbook course as set out in paragraph 5 of Order No. 4440 be extended to March 28, 2005.
